Before Your Massage
To ensure a safe and comfortable experience,
please kindly inform our staff of the following before your session begins:
• The type of massage you prefer
• Preferred pressure level (Light / Medium / Firm)
• Pregnancy or any medical conditions or injuries
• Any allergies to oils or products
Important Notice – Pregnancy Massage

• Pregnancy or medical conditions must be disclosed prior to the massage.
• For safety reasons, pregnancy massage is provided with LIGHT pressure only.
• Our therapists will adjust techniques to ensure the safety and comfort of both mother and baby.

Service Policy

• Massage fees are non-refundable once the service has passed 10 minutes.
• If the pressure or massage style is not suitable,
please inform your therapist within the first 10 minutes so adjustments can be made.
• If no feedback is provided within this time,
the session will be considered accepted.
• All treatments are provided by trained and experienced therapists,
and we strive to deliver professional and high-quality service at all times.

Refund Policy

No refunds or credits will be issued after the session is completed.

Additional Terms & Conditions

• Feedback or complaints will only be accepted directly from the client who received the service.
• Abusive, aggressive, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
• Management reserves the right to refuse service.
• Any refund issued is at management’s discretion
and does not constitute an admission of fault.
